Pros: Helpfulnes and friendliness of owner Steve. Gave us good advice on places to visit. Breakfast very good and room very comfortable. Would come back again. 😊

Pros: Host Steven was very friendly and helpful, made sure we had all we needed, and were comfortable in our room he also gave good local advice on sight seeing and where to go for evening meals. Room had its own entrance, was clean and well equipped and had a small outdoor seating area overlooking garden, . Access to a lovely peaceful garden with a great variety of plants, trees and shrubs. Choice of breakfast options, cooked breakfast was excellent, good ingredients and cooked to order. Very short walk to small town, pubs and restaurant's. Great location for The Elan Valley National Park.

Cons: There was nothing to not like about our host, our room or our stay. The only thing maybe worth a mention is that entrance to car park at rear of property is a bit narrow, but was okay for my estate car and a Range Rover that I saw in the car park.

Pros: The location was excellent, plenty to do all around the area. The host was great, very friendly, and could not do enough for you....

Pros: We recently returned from a visit to penralley house , the location was brilliant being smack in the middle of town, our room and ensuite was very spacious, breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. The garden is wonderful with plenty of seating for admiring the garden and surrounding countryside. Steve the owner was a great host with a wealth of local knowledge.

Cons: Would of been nice to check in a little earlier.

Pros: Everything, the room, food, hospitality and location were all amazing, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be going back

A most enjoyable and relaxing stay in lovely accommodation in a beautiful part Wales

Pros: Steve was an excellent host and looked after us very well. He helped us book the evening meals and his recommendations were spot on. The accommodation was very comfortable and our room was spacious. The breakfast was very appetising especially the fruit and yoghurt starter and there was plenty of choice.

Cons: The weather was very hot and not being able to open a window because of traffic noise was a shame. However this did not spoil our overall opinion of the accommodation.

Very pleasant, would return

Cons: No guest lounge, although lovely garden.
