Warm welcome and excellent food

Pros: We loved the warm welcome we received and the relaxed feeling, nothing was too much trouble, the room was clean and tidy, breakfast was excellent, we also had our evening meal there and it was lovely… 10/10 from us

Cons: We would have preferred a shower in the bathroom but we have been told that this is happening soon 👍👍

Pros: Very nice location at the end of the lake. At the end of school holiday the hotel was not fully occupied and Angela could not have been more helpful.

Pros: Very warm and welcoming hosts, this is an excellent location for walking right from the doorstep. With fantastic views in all directions. The full Welsh breakfast was very good and an enjoyable start to the day. The evening meal was also very good and satisfied us after a spectacular day out in the mountains. Angela and Brian have excellent knowledge of the surrounding areas and were able to suggest lovely places to visit.

We stayed for a couple of nights to go hiking. Weather was on our side making it to the summit of Cadair Idris.

Pros: Angela was so lovely. Looked after us and made us feel at home. A lovely dinner in front of the fire after climbing Cadair was exactly what was needed.

Pros: Brian and Angela were great hosts,very friendly, and couldn't do enough for us, I loved sitting by the open fire in the bar of an evening, which was so relaxing with a homely feel to it.
