Would definitely stay again
Pros: The host was really accommodating. It was really easy to access and the property was really clean
Cons: The bed broke the second night we arrived, however the host was so apologetic and made sure we were refunded for part of our stay

Lovely Annexe space
Pros: A beautiful annexe with a separate bedroom and living area. I had the best nights sleep, bed was super comfortable, quiet and dark. Ensuite was lovely, shower was perfect and hot, not a huge shower cubicle though. Host was very helpful and left a pint of milk on the doorstep. Was perfect for a base whilst visiting family. Plenty of drawers and hanging space for a few days stay. Bedding and towels were lovely. Hairdryer was also available. Hosts had left some Pan-au-Chocolate and biscuits and coffee, which was a nice touch. Parking was safe and secure at the back of the house.
Cons: I needed to work and had some meetings which were not possible because the Wi-fi wasn't brilliant. I managed to get a better signal by putting my laptop on the windowsill in the bedroom but ended up logging into my Hotspot on my phone which again kept freezing. Had to go elsewhere for my other meetings which was an inconvenience. The place would benefit from a booster hub if you want to work. The photos of the annexe was advertised exactly and I saw a futon chair in the living room along with a chair but if you are a little immobile, it was very difficult to use the futon as it was at floor leve and not comfortable for a chairl. It would have been perfect if there were two armchairs or a small sofa, there was room. The TV also didn't work, there were no instructions on how to get a signal. One small point, which didn't bother me at all but if you are a man shaving, it would benefit from a mirror above the sink in the bathroom. I arrived and the weather was atrocious, very heavy rain and unfortunately I had not received any instructions how to access the property. I know the area very well but still couldn't find an entrance. The address didn't reflect the correct road, so I wandered around, messaged the host and finally found a mobile number. She was really helpful but please offer your guests instructions on their day of their arrival along with the lock box code. I was drenched wandering around for over 20 mins just for access. I should have mentioned to the hosts whilst I stayed about the small inconveniences but I wasn't there much. These points didn't disturb my stay as it was lovely and I would definitely stay again when not having to work, unless WI-FI could be better. Hope they look to perfect the little things that would make it a 10 score.

Cosy, clean and ideal
Pros: Thank you so much. The place was gorgeous and so cosy. It was just what I needed! It was easy to access too. I loved the little touches like the carafe with water and the warm soft towels.
Cons: It could be great to have a sign on the gate indicating that you need to walk down the path because for a small while I thought I was trespassing on someone's back garden. I arrived in the dark and even though the path was lit I wasn't sure I was in the right place. When I got to the end of the path it was obvious and very easy to enter.
