Pros: Everything, so calming and relaxing. Very clean and very spacious. Everything was perfect and also very family friendly and pet friendly. Had everything you need.

We had an amazing stay!

Pros: We have just came back from a gorgeous week in No40 Barmouth and we loved it. Gareth and Jess was amazing from the moment we booked and the house was lovely ,very spacious and they have everything you could need there we also loved the welcome hamper waiting for us when we arrived. It really was like a home from home and our kids didn't want to come home. It was lovely just having a little walk to the beach and the hot tub of an evening was particularly enjoyable once my little ones was in bed. We stayed in the same area last year but this time we loved it so much more. Also Gareth messaged thoughout the week to check everything was ok ,it was worth every penny and we would book again.

Cons: The only thing was one day it rained alday but unfortunately this is a chance you take with our weather

Pros: Gareth is fantastic host. Great communication, answered every query promptly. Good location for Barmouth and the beach, lovely clean spacious house. There is tea/coffee/cleaning products, all the basics really. And left us a bottle of prosecco which was a lovely touch! Thank you 😀

Cons: Tiny thing, garden patio at the bottom full of weeds, wouldn't take much to keep it tidy and as its where the seating area is would just make it a bit nicer. And just a note to others the bed settee is not a double, would be fine for 2 children or 1 adult. It wasn't a problem we put a mattress on the floor.

Very comfortable house

Pros: The house is a great size and well laid out with all you could need for your stay. The beds are comfy and there are plenty of towels provided. It was great having the downstairs walk in shower. The gift of wine and biscuits was very welcome and Gareth was quick to respond to a message I sent. I was offered an early check-in which was appreciated. The hot tub was a bonus and was ready for use at just the right temperature.
