We were so impressed that we may try to book again later in the year.

Pros: Location and layout of rooms. Efficient central heating and temperature control. Quality of furnishings and kitchen equipment. Well stocked cutlery and cooking utensils. Most of all the ambience of the lounge with its skylight windows and wonderful views of the bay through the windows opening out onto the terrace.

Cons: Only one slight problem with lounge window blinds which may be in the process of being repaired.

Pros: The house is lovely with beautiful views. Walking distance into town. The owners were also great with communication. Lovely touches with milk, prosecco and welsh cakes on arrival.

Cons: The only thing was that there was only one tea bag and no sugar left.

Really comfy and perfect for our stay

Pros: Great communication from the hosts before we arrived as to how we collected the keys Property was fantastic and really comfy for our family. Lovely touch of a bottle of Prosecco left for when we arrived :) home was fully stocked with all the extras, hand wash, tin foil etc. all the things I had forgotten! Would definitely recommend to anyone

Cons: Not a criticism, we have a young family so needed to drive to the beach and town as it was a bit far for them to walk

Clean and comfortable property with everything we needed to relax and enjoy our holiday.

Pros: Felt very welcoming and homely. Clean, spacious, comfortable. Great facilities more than we expected eg cleaning supplies, tea bags & coffee. Welsh cakes and Prosecco a nice surprise.

Cons: Only niggle was that we couldn’t fit the baby safety gate for our toddler as door frames are too wide for it. So that affected how/where everyone slept and evenings were a write off as he wouldn’t settle and stay in his room but that wasn’t the host’s fault. Not the most family friendly place with the worry of the balcony and not being able to lock the front door with a key to pull out to know the door is secure at night times. The hill climb meant we drove everywhere.

Beautiful house in excellent location

Pros: Beautiful house in an almost silent location with a lovely view. Felt like a home from home being clean and cosy with almost anything you could need already catered for.

Pros: Wonderful view of the sea from the living room. Property was in great condition, had home from home facilities. It was lovely to stay there.

Wish it had been longer. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: Ruby’s Watch is a really lovely place to stay. Spotlessly clean & very comfortable. Lovely to have a balcony & with such an amazing view. Quiet location. Close to Barmouth..walkable if you don’t mind a very steep hill! I didn’t walk it 😂

Cons: Absolutely nothing.

Pros: The property was buetiful . Had everything we needed . It is situated in the mountain with relaxing views. Nice quiet area . Will defiantly be returning :)) .

Pros: Fantastic location, amazing view, beautifully set up place with all the facilities you would need, very clean, comfortable, and decorated and furnished with great care and taste - would highly recommend.
