Pros: Was in the perfect location and had everything you need for a week away.

Pros: Proximity to the beach and only a mile to wander into town Exceptional sea views Beautiful terrace and garden Lovely living room with great views Thoughtful welcome basket

Cons: The property was great, the back bedrooms could benefit from a little modernisation and a new bed in the single bedroom - the rooms do smell a little damp, but honestly that’s me being super picky, bearing in mind you spend minimal time in there. The front of the apartment and everything it offers far out weighs this, so much so I plan to return 😊

Very pleasant stay in a stylish appointed property, wonderful view

Pros: Very nice property, stylishly appointed with everything you really needed being available. Very comfortable. A wonderful view of the sea. Very peaceful and quiet area. A helpful host.

Cons: A narrow steep driveway could be a bit awkward for some drivers, but was pre-warned of this by the owner so was fine. Larger cars might struggle. Being 5'11 tall, i bumped my head a few times between the living room and kitchen. A lovely appointed property, but a wall clock would be a worthy addition as there were none there.

A touch of paradise 🥰

Pros: Home from home, clean and comfortable. Great location right by the sea and close to the beach. The main beach and holiday shops were easy to walk to. Great place to stay. Owner very polite and helpful.

Perfect place for relaxation

Pros: It’s was in the most perfect place and such wonderful views! Jan was lovely helpful and the place was lovely and clean.

Cons: Just wish it was cheaper so I could live there 🤣🤣

Pros: The view was amazing. It was clean, cosy and the bed was really comfortable...it was like a home from home. We loved all the little touches like the welcome gifts and dvds to watch. Jan was friendly and helpful too.

Pros: Lovely place, lovely location, lovely views. Short walk to the beach, at a quiet end of Barmouth. North Wales is a really beautiful place. Definitely would return to this property.

Stunning location for those arriving in a smallish car.

Pros: Jan was approachable and was keen to assist us. The beds were very comfortable. The best thing was the amazing view! Stunning position! Nice to have had a few goodies as a welcome pack too. Nice usable kitchen and laundry facilities.

Cons: The bathroom was a long way from the bedrooms and would have benefitted from an extraction fan (or the ability to open the window). And a little more information on the exact position of the property on arrival would have been beneficial.
