Beautiful Wales

Pros: Beautiful area , view. Jan, mick verry friendly We broke down as we arrived and Jan was more than happy to pick us up or drop us of if we wanted to go out. We made the most of the holiday with no car. Lovely view of animals whilst eating breakfast. We had a power cut and couldnt get hold of no body. Jan got intouch with her daughter who came and helped us. We will deffo be returning.

Phenomenal view, excellent accommodation

Pros: The barn was amazing, everything we expected and more. Airy, spacious and the view was phenomenal. Mike and Jan are fantastic hosts, they were around if we needed them but they weren't stalking us.

Cons: Having to leave was the hardest part of our trip

Pros: Loved the welcome hamper, very friendly hosts, lovely private cottage with stunning views and perfectly equipped with everything you need.

Short but very very sweet

Pros: Beautiful view. Ideal position to travel to other areas on day trips

Beautiful sunsets

Pros: Views are amazing .. apartment was well equipped.. bed was really comfortable.. walk in shower fabulous... welcome pack was really appreciated.

Cons: There was nothing to dislike.. if I was being really picky , a little upgrade on decking area .. but like I said that is a personal thing..

Steep drop to the beach

Pros: Good facilities, you had everything you could need and amazing views. Air con should have been put into the bedroom even if nowhere else.

Cons: The beach was quite a distance away and an extremely steep drop to get to it, disappointed. Pictures gave the wrong impression. This should have been mentioned on the website.The bedroom was so hot we could barely sleep. We couldn't leave the window open as it only let in warm air. The owners gave us a really good fan, but it made little difference. They did try to help and we appreciate that but in the end we couldn't stay any longer. We didn't stay the last night of our booking.🫩 The other thing was we couldn't let our dog off lead as there wasn't a closed in area for her to roam. On our last night, around 12.30 a.m., a family came onto the patio of our accommodation. We found out that morning from the other people staying at the farm that the family had nothing to do with the farm. This wasn't the owners fault, but maybe if a gate had been closed in the evening, this may not have happened.

Pros: The location and views were amazing. Really friendly place to stay. Would definitely return.

Pros: Beautiful location, with horses and a friendly chicken next to the property. The beds were so comfortable and a lot of thought had been put into providing the perfect stay. We had everything we needed for our vacation. Stunning views and a short stroll to the beach. Lovely walk along the seafront to Barmouth with my pooch. Plenty of undiscovered walking routes as we had to leave early due to a family emergency. The hosts were lovely and very understanding re this and therefore, I will return to complete my stay when I can.

Cons: Nothing to dislike, it was perfect.

Brilliant host, cozy home with everything you need.

Pros: The host, Jan was brilliantly accommodating and so helpful. Was also very clean!

Cons: It is a little further out of town than we realised, and the barn we were in was a little smaller than expected.
