Pros: Lovely house - very well equipped and very clean. Parking permit was a very welcome bonus.

A great New Year stay in a cosy and very well appointed cottage.

Pros: A fantastic location with everything needed for a great New Year stay. Being able to pop out for a wander on the beach at any time, get train or access shops and restaurants on the doorstep is brilliant.

Cons: It wasn’t an issue particularly, but the 3rd bedroom wasn’t ideal for our 3 year old as the bed is very high with no bed rail. The cottage was very clean but we noticed when checking for lost toys that it could do with a deep clean under and behind furniture. Again, not an issue but hopefully helpful feedback.

Perfect....sad to be home. Will return.

Pros: Great location. Renovated to a high standard whilst retaining some lovely original features 😊

Cons: My question re the heating was never answered through sykes. Worked it out in the end though bo harm done.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Tastefully done up with personal touches. Modern kitchen, excellent shower, nice and warm. Cosy living area. The conversion of the two old cottages combined modern comforts with old-world charm. We mistakenly came away with some keys, and the owner was very forgiving and helpful.

Cons: The small bedroom isn't suitable for anyone with mobility issues, the bed being high and requiring a stool to get up. Car park is a short ealk from the house but the free permit was appreciated.

Pros: The apartment was very well equipped and seemed more like a home than an inpersonal accommodation. There was everything you could possibly need. Furthermore, the interaction with the hosts was very pleasant and they responded right away to our questions. The location was amazing: in the middle of the city, just minutes away from the beach but in a quiet street so that we were not bothered by any traffic. We can definitely recommend a stay.

Cons: Everything was great.

A Beautiful Cottage in Barmouth

Pros: If you want a beautiful, clean, cosy cottage in Barmouth, then Deu-Ddrws should definitely be in your shortlist! After booking, the owners sent a wonderfully prepared welcome pack for the cottage and area with all of the information you could want. They were super helpful, courteous and very professional in all correspondence. The cottage itself is spotless and perfectly positioned for everything Barmouth has to offer, including an absolutely stunning hill walk just behind the property. Nearby, there are fantastic cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops, with the beach just a few hundred metres away. Unfortunately for us, the weather wasn't great but we still made the most of it and would recommend this as a great place for anyone that is looking for a self-catering cottage.

Comfortable and clean cottage!

Pros: Perfect location - close to the shops and easy walk to the beach. The place was lovely, perfect for our group of 5, and the facilities were really great - comfy beds, tv worked well (once we had connected it to the internet) and plenty of different appliances!

Cons: We had trouble working the shower on the first day after one person had been in, it just didn't turn on. We had to turn the whole thing off and on again from the master bedroom cupboard (don't know if this is worth mentioning in the welcome pack?). Shower was great when we got it working though!

Pros: Schönes kleines Cottage, frisch modernisiert in einer engen Gasse mitten im Zentrum von Barmouth. Nette Nachbarn und sehr engagierter Vermieter.

Cons: Den Meerblick, der auf booking.com genannt ist, könnten wir - vom Cottage aus - nicht erkennen. Die Sauberkeit ließ zunächst zu wünschen übrig, wurde aber vom Vermieter umgehend nachgebessert. Das Bad ist sehr eng, eines der Doppelbetten ist sehr schmal.
