Great, would recommend (not for anyone with disabilities

Pros: The location was excellent and close to everything

Cons: It would have been nice to have been offered a welcome pack (happy to pay extra) Milk, bread etc Not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties, due to all the stairs- but certainly a great workout getting to top floor

We enjoyed the stay thank you, however lacked some attention to detail in parts.

Pros: Newly refurbished with modern facilities and furniture Most areas very clean and tidy Good location Very light and airy

Cons: Grubby fingerprints on living room windows and glass cupboard doors were an obvious ick. Lacked small essentials that would have been useful- and wouldn’t break the bank to include . I expected tea towels and oven gloves- having used the oven to cook something e had nothing to remove it with The cupboards were empty, no salt or pepper in the cruet, no spare bin bags, no cleaning products, no toilet cleaner and toilet paper supply only lasted the first day. 1 and a half rolls in each bathroom for 6 people. No welcome pack that was on advert The bedding would look better ironed, and didn’t have a fresh just washed aroma, the pillows were too flat , none of our party slept well on the first night- we had to borrow some pillows from a friend for the subsequent nights. These small extras stopped it from feeling like luxury accommodation
