Pros: Beautiful barn in a lovely location, shame we could only stay 1 night

Pros: Really lovely room. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Very comfortable. I had a cat visitor in the morning, which I loved! Would recommend and return.

Cons: No milk provided for hot drinks, everything else provided.

Nice overnight stay in quiet location

Pros: Location was isolated and quiet and we were able to sit on the private patio and eat our dinner (which we had brought with us). The bed was comfortable.

Cons: The bedroom and bathroom were quite cramped and the sink was far too small

Had a lovely one night here. Everything you need for a short stay. Really enjoyed our much needed rest.

Great location and very clean - with one or two meaningful challenges

Pros: Excellent lounge and location. Large comfortable double bed. Very good communications with hostess.

Cons: Extreme tightness of bedroom - only 8-inch gap either side of large double bed made it very difficult to get in and out, especially for an older person. There was only a very small washbasin in the toilet/shower room which had to be used to fill kettles, etc. Too small to use as a kitchen sink although there was an instruction to leave any washing up in bowl outside door which would be returned clean. Also, having read an earlier report about the very good breakfast provided, I hadn't realised it had to be paid for as an extra.

Perfect for a short break away from the rat race!

Pros: Lovely accommodation. Very tastefully furnished and comfortable. Peaceful. Nice to have a small patio to sit out. Short drive to Talley Lakes. Very helpful and friendly host. Enjoyed meeting the dogs. Excellent value for money.

Cons: Not a lot of space to get in and out of bed. Would be nice to have a small sink/tap in kitchen area. This would not stop us staying again though.

Waking up to a nice, harmonious place with a beautiful garden and a nice coffee, made a difference

Pros: It was clean, spacious, had a beautiful garden, it has all what you need!

Cons: Nothing that I did not like
