Pros: The fact we were in town, walking distance from shops and restaurants. We had lovely walks from our door with the dog. Garden was a little unkempt and it would have been nice to have outdoor lighting. In the main the cottage was well equipped. The freezer compartment door in the fridge was broken and came off each time we opened it. Good shower.
Cons: The steps into the garden.

Pros: Great location with parking close by. Facilities in cottage were good and loved the log burner with all the wood supplied ! Welcome basket a nice touch
Cons: There was evidence of slugs in the dog food bowl and flies in the bathroom. Didn’t spoil our stay though !

Pros: Location is excellent. Property is good size and have stayed several times.
Cons: Cleaning not up to usual standard this time, dishwasher was full of unclean plates etc. Cupboard doors not clean, tap leaks in bathroom. Not enough to put us off going. Just needs a little more care in presentation. Other than that I have recommended to friends to hope it's good if they go. Thanks.

Pros: Location was perfect for us. Cottage was stylish, comfortable, well equipped and clean. We used the cottage for one week as a base for hiking in the hills.
Cons: We would have preferred a washing machine to the fitted dishwasher. Parking near the property was a bit of a lottery but we always managed to get within a short walk. Parking in Dolgellau can be tricky at the best of times but no real problem.

A wonderful place to stay at very reasonable rates
Pros: A lovely cozy traditional cottage in the heart of the town, convenient for all local amenities and discovering the area. Overall the cottage was exceptionally clean and tidy, tastefully decorated and well equipped, with some nice views from a couple of windows. Prior to our stay the owner was helpful and communicative and further provided some very nice \
Cons: It would have been preferable to have a washing machine rather than a dishwasher and the central heating programme was mildly inconvenient given our stay was in the winter (as we often remained in the cottage during the day).

great stay.
Pros: comfy and cozy, good location, nice shower, good value for money.
Cons: nothing really, parking can be tricky but you usually get a space. garden nice but obviously a summer thing. the electronic control for heating defeated me but that wasn't a problem, I just gave up and although too hot at times for us I just opened a few windows.

Cons: It would much benefit from a washing machine rather than a dishwasher (especially for more than a few days stay) and the central heating adjustment is difficult to implement (we never managed it, at least when we needed it in winter). The fan in the bathroom needs some attention, it works reasonably well, but is inordinately noisy, so much so we avoided using the main light and opened the window whenever possible to avoid it coming on. Finally on the key arrangements, contact the owners directly (they are very congenial) in order to get the current lock box code, since this is not sent in any communications from Booking.com (don't get confused by any codes sent by them or the managing agent, go to the source).
