Lovely house in a great area.

Pros: The house is lovely, spacious, very well equipped and clean. It has clearly been newly refurbished with modern equipment, flooring, lovely internal doors, bathrooms and kitchens. Good views from outdoor areas. The area is wonderful for walking as the scenery is spectacular.

Cons: Nothing major but - the information supplied in the property had not been updated with the instructions on some things being inadequate or pertaining to equipment that had been replaced or was simply not there. Beds were not that comfortable. Windows and external doors are not up to the standard of the internals. Not a criticism or a problem to us but be aware that the house is on a steep hill and the drive is quite tight- best leave the Bentley at home.

Pros: We had a week's stay at the house and we all had a lovely time. We were a party of five and the property was great as it had lots of space so we didn't feel like we were on top of one another. The house was clean and had all the amenities you would need and more. You could walk into Dolgellau in 10 minutes. All in all excellent accommodation.
