Brilliant house, lovely location and great for a family get together.
Pros: Excellent location and really easy to find. Access to the house via the key in a lock box worked well and no issues throughout the stay. Car port was great and visitor parking spots available if travelling in multiple cars as well as a free public car park around the corner. Perfect location to walk into Hay on Wye for a stroll around and great walks and views directly from the property. Great in house facilities, plenty of everything, no need to instantly wash up plates and cutlery, glasses cups etc after a meal ready for the next one. Rooms were spacious, very clean and comfortable. There was a toilet on every floor. Shower was excellent. Heating was good for a chilly evening. Really good house book explaining everything as well as local recommendations. All in all we would stay again.

Great location, well stocked kitchen and super beds
Pros: Plenty of room with a well equipped kitchen. So close to the town centre and river. Really beautiful bedding. Three toilets and good showers. Dry nice toiletries.
Cons: The Truffids in the top bathroom

Lovely house in a great location
Pros: Beautiful house in a great location. Comfy beds and sofas. House had everything we needed and the balcony is great for nice weather. Also great to have a parking space
Cons: The towels in the end suite bedroom were clean but had stains on (make up maybe?) Some cobwebs in the upper bathroom and bedroom and some of the placemats weren't clean and had food on.

Pros: Great location, clean, spacious, easy to locate and access.
Cons: Not much. Could do with some new baking sheets, and the duvets weren't on the beds when we got there, which I had to make up myself (it wasn't hot).

Lovely place and location. We would be back.
Pros: It was a great location and looked like the photos and description. Very nice place to make our base for the four nights we were there. Kitchen had all that you needed. Living room was very nice and comfortable. Close to the town centre and all that Hay-on-wye had to offer.
Cons: The mattress in the main bedroom was so uncomfortable. Too lumpy and bumpy - it really needs to be replaced. I had to go and sleep in one of the single beds in another room. The greenery on the lower deck could do with cutting back as it was very overgrown. And the slanting shelf in the en-suite served no purpose at all.

Brilliant views and lovely location
Pros: Great views, brilliant location, loved the terrace area where we ate our fish and chips, opening of βwallβ in lounge, clean. Appreciated the welcome pack and information about local pubs, walks etc. We ate at The Three Tuns our first night, which we all enjoyed as we sat outside and then had takeaway fish and chips our second night, which was delicious. We tried both the walks that were suggested, preferring the one along the river to the meadow and stone beach.
Cons: Upstairs toilet made a strange noise every 5 minutes, which was annoying for the person who slept in the smallest room.
