Pros: Great location for Hay Festival and the town. Super dog friendly, good kitchen with everything you could need. Lots of space and comfy beds. Friendly owners.made us very welcome.

Best (not so) little house in Hay!

Pros: Excellent location, near the centre of Hay-on-Wye, but still quiet and peaceful. The cottage was spacious, well maintained and meticulously clean. It had everything we could possibly need and we all found it very comfortable. The best place we have stayed in Hay yet (out of 6 different accomodations). I would highly recommend this accomodation, it is great value for money.

Cons: The closest thing I could find for a negative is that there is only one parking space, however our friends managed to park on the road only a few yards away so we were lucky there. There is also a free car park a short walk away if the road is full. I can't fault anything about the accomodation itself.
