Lovely location, compact and comfortable, great hosts!

Pros: The property is located in a beautiful setting, great location. Lovely quirky little place but with all the comforts and perfect for a base to explore. Amazing welcome basket with the most delicious bread I have ever had !!!!

Cons: Spiral staircase is quite tight but after a day or so you get used to it.

Peaceful quirky tiny house

Pros: This is such a gem of a property! Quirky and tiny but with everything you need to have a peaceful and lovely retreat. The owners have not scrimped on anything, the bed is so comfy, the decor is really pretty, the garden so special. In a rural hamlet and surrounded by wonderful spacious countryside but with great cafes a short drive away. There was a fantastic welcome basket with the most delicious home made bread and eggs, so thoughtful, and good quality toiletries in the bathroom. The house was really clean and comfortable. I highly recommend for a relaxing solo retreat or a quiet couples break.

Cons: The spiral staircase is narrow and steep, didn't bother me particularly and I think is mentioned in listing but might not be to everyone's taste.

A beautiful little retreat.

Pros: The owners are nice people. The Folly is set back on the property and feels nice and private. We were provided with eggs from the hens and fresh home baked bread, delicious. Peace and quiet. Birds singing. A beautiful pheasant comes to visit too. The garden is very pretty. We've really enjoyed our stay.

Idyllic & perfect to just relax & restore.

Pros: This is a little gem! Absolutely magical space, so tranquil & set in the most wonderful garden. Super comfortable, chic & beautifully presented; cleverly designed to maximise space. Compact & bijou certainly, but the outdoor living space compensates and is so special. Terrace, bbq, seated shelter, sun loungers, outdoor dining - this is a magical spot. And then to top it off you have the loveliest hosts, so welcoming, have thought of everything & such great company. Welcome basket so lovely & thoughtful. Awesome & magical! Don’t hesitate!

Cons: I loved these details but spiral staircase / walk to access - not suitable for anyone with limited mobility.

A place to relax and enjoy the views.

Pros: Small and perfectly formed for a relaxing break. Surrounded by beautiful walks and close to several small villages and a short drive to Hay. Imaginative use of space within the Folly, everything we needed.

Pros: The area was lovely and quiet but convenient for Hereford. The setting is beautiful. The Folly was very enjoyable. The hosts made us welcome and the welcome basket was an added bonus. The bed was really comfortable.
