Fantastic break enjoying the peace and quiet

Pros: Fantastic location offering peace and quiet for a relaxing getaway. Facilities were excellent including the Log Fire and Hot Tub which we particularly enjoyed. Amazing views which can be enjoyed from the Cabin. Welcome Hamper which included some basics was a great touch and a starter pack for the Log Fire meant we could get that lit straight away. You could also purchase additional Fire Wood and Charcoal at a very reasonable price which meant we could keep the Fire roaring. Very informative instructions were provided for the visit including tips and suggestions of the surrounding areas. Didn’t meet the hosts but they felt they were on hand providing their contact details if we needed any help with anything.

Cons: Nothing, ticked every box for a quiet stay.

Weekend in Wales

Pros: We loved the cabin it had everything you need for a short or long stay. It has a fully equipped kitchen. Beds were comfortable in both rooms. Very nice decor. The views are amazing, such a beautiful part of Wales.

Spectacular view and cabin. Go for it! You won’t regret staying here …..

Pros: What a fantastic setting - the cabin is in the house garden but set in such a way to give both privacy and a spectacular vista - added to by the local wildlife - both wild (kamikaze squirrel, swallows, red kite) and farmed! (Sheep just infront of the garden, cows next door and THE most friendly cat!) All creature comforts provided. Great cabin, really clean, well equipped kitchen, bathroom better than our own at home, electric shower not powerful But so so hot and relaxing, beds comfortable, big tv to keep the teens happy, wifi good. A welcome basket of food and a Welsh treat 🍪, and the bathroom essentials provided in case anything forgotten. We had a wood fire one evening as the rain had drawn in and our day had been cold but the cabin was toasty and welcoming. The hot tub was a delight! Again total privacy and a nice little changing room close by. We would recommend you stay here for some rest, relaxation and mindfulness! Thanks for sharing Cafeyn Mawr with us :)
