We felt very comfortable in clean, spacious and conveniently situated accommodation.

Pros: Spacious, clean, great location and owner/manager was accessible and responsive to any issue.

Cons: Would have liked a more dependable locking system. BOLD app wasn’t responsive sometimes. Free to view t.v. would be good to have.

Very pleasant stay had everything we needed and location suberb.

Pros: Great location and fantastic bedrooms and bathroom.

Cons: The seating arrangement in lounge wasn’t adequate for us. Four adults squashed on 2 sofas. I think it might be better with 2 chairs and a sofa. But other might not find this a problem.

Great property in Newtown.

Pros: The property had everything. Very well equipped. Everything worked. Host was very responsive. It was in a great location, 5 mins walk from the centre of Newtown.

Cons: There was plenty of free parking around the property, but space for parking was competitive and during peak periods, space limited. On occasion we had to park away from the property and move our car as space became available. Whilst this might be annoying, you have to balance this against the property's great location.

Comfortable, cosy, clean and close to town centre.

Pros: Convenient location, clean and modern house with good facilities. Large bedrooms and bathroom, very comfortable beds.

Cons: The stairs were quite steep, especially to get up to the 3rd floor (especially after a few g&ts - a handrail would have felt safer. The Bold Smart Lock system to gain entry and lock up was quite tricky and took several attempts.
