Lovely peaceful stay.

Pros: Quaint common room with lots of entertainment. Equipped kitchen. Comfortable rooms where blankets were provided as it gets a bit chilly.

Cheap and has all you need. πŸ‘

Pros: Yeah it's a bit old but plenty of charm, it's a hostel not hotel. If it was more expensive then yes but it's a fair price they ask.

Cons: Parking and checking in weren't that well advertised. Maybe if they had a sign on the door it would help.

It’s not the Ritz, but you’d be an idiot to expect that. Great value and lovely.

Pros: No nonsense hostel with everything you need for a good night’s sleep and facilities to make meals. Cool decor and games room.

ACE HOSTEL IN HEART OF WALES

Pros: Ace old skool hostel, with cooking, drying and shower stuff, spacious right by train and bus stations

Great location, great price.

Pros: Great location, by far the cheapest place to stay in this part of Snowdonia National Park, close to Cader Idris. I parked next to property.

Cons: Not the most up to date property but it is cheap.

Pros: Great place to stay, warm and cosy despite it being freezing outside! Good base to explore the area.

Staying again. The value and comfortable is noteworthy

Pros: Go with the mindset, that in the morning, you are going in the mountains. This will place will be all that you can ask for. (Especially if coming directly from the city.)

Cons: It would have been nice to control the heat in the room.

Pros: Room was pretty small, and some of the features are a bit knackered. But clean and comfortable, and for the price you have to say great value.

Cons: Found it slightly odd that there was no one onsite, just wandered through to find my room. Was fine when I got there though.

Great for what we needed.

Pros: Location is great for what we needed, price is the cheapest around the area. Been before so knew what to expect this time. It's quirky and unique. Great that you get your own room so you don't have to interact with strangers if you don't want to! It's basic and no frills which is fine with us. Good wifi.

Cons: It was quite chilly for the first couple of nights. Never quite sure who's actually staying there and who is working there? All good otherwise.
