Overall an excellent stay with great food in the evening and for breakfast at a fair, value for mone

Pros: Outstanding breakfast beautifully cooked and presented All the staff I encountered were first class with engaging personbalities Location was ideal on the quayside

Cons: The room ventilation was poor with windows that couldn't be opened, and as the heating had been turned up high it initially made the temperature uncomfortable.

We enjoyed the location and the property but in details of building I suggest you explain that it is above another unit.

Pros: Location was great! Decor was tasteful and views werw lovely! Enough space for the three of us.

Cons: Unfortunately the accomodation is above another unit and the neighbours were quite noisy. Banging doors at 2am and loud voices. My elderly mother in law was staying with us and she was quite disturbed by the noise which did put a dampner on the holiday.

Pros: Location was great, exactly as described, great harbor view. Restaurant was also excellent, not exactly cheap, but the food was well worth the money Staff were all excellent

Cons: Car park is small, but parking is available out the front if needed

Pros: Room was large and comfortable. Little touches really made a difference - fresh milk for the room, homemade biscuits, robes and slippers as standard. Staff welcoming.

Pros: Staying in the area for just a night, I found the hotel cozy and comfortable. Great being able to have the views from the room, and the food both in the evening and morning excellent. Staff very accommodating.

Cons: The property was an upstairs flat and when entering the rear entrance you could see into the ground floor flat where a couple were doing the washing up in their pj’s

Enjoyed the property but dislike d the strong odour of next doors cooking in our property.

Pros: Liked the apartment was excellent .Clean and tidy.

Cons: There was a very strong odour of curry /Indian food even before entering the property. Once entered the odour was stronger in the shared hallway and lingered in certain areas of our apartment!

Absolutely perfect in every way, incredible staff, location, food and room.

Pros: Absolutely perfect stay, the rooms and quality of fixtures and fittings so lovely, beautiful views, probably some of the best staff I've encountered when staying in a hotel, delicious food, incredible location, cannot wait to book again.
