Amazing New Years Stay

Pros: The place is amazing, great views and great room's, nice comfy beds and living room/kitchen was well equipped. Fresh milk, bread, eggs and chocolate we're there on our arrival.. Was a really lovely place with comfy furniture, i could move in tomorrow. One of the radiators wasn't working on arrival but dealt with so easily and quickly, really enjoyed our stay, way better than an airbed around the corner at my dads living room floor. Will definitely look to book again

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like, no real cons but it was Cold on arrival, maybe could have pre heated first and would have highlighted the non working heater. But equally bills are expensive and no point heating empty space not knowing when someone will arrive. Again no issue but could probably do with a little refresh in places, kitchen tiles & ensuite, maybe put a handle on kitchen door so it can be closed. Lights in reception for first set of stairs wasn't on when we got back, although there was light feeding from upstairs was still a bit dark for my uncle (but he's old and had a few beers)

Brilliant location, light airy apartment

Pros: Light airy apartment with plenty of space, a very useful welcome pack, and a brilliant location.

Cons: The nature of the apartment, with its lovely high ceilings and space, made it a difficult place to heat in cold weather., particularly in the larger bathroom.. The mattress on the double bed wasn't comfortable, and there were a few things (missing hooks on doors etc, and underwhelming showers) that weren't perfect. But these didn't really detract much from the otherwise good experience..

Pros: Location was brilliant 2 minutes away from town and 2 mins away from my family who live there. Excellent

Cons: Weather wasn't great but hey that's no one's fault

Pros: Just what I needed, a lovely apartment with stunning sea views, very well equipped kitchen. A little gem that I would love to visit again in the future.

Perfect midweek break

Pros: Everything! Great location on the sea front, just a couple of minutes walk to the town. Apartment was spacious and well equipped with comfy furniture and all you need in the kitchen, including milk in the fridge, bread, eggs, tea/coffee even a pot of sweets. Most welcome after a long drive.

Cons: Nothing at all

Large, clean apartment with sea views.

Pros: Size of apartment, kitchen had basic necessary equipment. Two bathrooms and location on the Marine Parade, so had a view of the sea from both bedrooms. Interactive TV in the main bedroom.

Cons: Shower rooms are a bit tired. At the top of the house, so need to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs.

Pros: It had everything you needed and more it was a home from home thoroughly enjoyable

Had a wonderful birthday break in a fabulous apartment that had character & fabulous views.

Pros: N/A for the breakfast. The fabulous views and the spacious apartment which was lovely and clean. The goodies that were left by the host, which were very much appreciated 👏

Cons: More kitchen equipment needed only oven trays available. Could do with a couple of oven dishes/bowl s for cooking and a measuring jug perhaps.

Great apartment in great location

Pros: Amazing location and views, spacious, comfortable apartment with everything you might need. Very close to the railway station and supermarket.

Cons: Only complaint is the cooking equipment: pots and pans were absolutely not cleaned properly and in quite bad shape. Rest of the apartment was perfectly clean though.

Good sized apartment in central location!

Pros: Large Appartment, sleeps up to 5, well appointed kitchen, lovely views over the beach, handy for all Barmouth shops/ restaurants/ bars etc

Cons: Bit of a hike up to the apartment, a part from that, excellent👍
