Barmouth beach ground level

The perfect location and great apartment for a nice break!

Pros: Just steps away from the beach and a few minutes walk from the pub, the apartment was perfect! So clean and had all of the necessities needed for a weekend away, plus the parking pass was a bonus! Would highly recommend and will definitely be staying again! Thank you so much Roy 😊

Pros: Brilliant location and couldn’t fault. Parking easy, especially with permit given by owner. We usually find somewere with a garden for the dog but didn’t need it with being so close to the beach. Would book again in the future.

Pros: Stunning location. Only a 10 second walk onto the beach. Walkable to Barmouth town centre. Easy free parking right outside. We are a couple with a labrador, and we had plenty of space and found the apartment very comfortable. We contacted Roy about the heating, which was a temporary glitch and he fixed straight away. A very helpful and friendly guy. He extended our checkout time too. We can highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Barmouth. We would return.

Excellent flat in a wonderful location with a super host.

Pros: The location was absolutely excellent! It was wonderful to be on the sea front. The flat was really clean and very comfortable with plenty of hot water and it was lovely and warm. Roy was a super host, we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this flat.

Pros: Great location with sea view, dog friendly. Very clean. Lovely big comfy bed, great shower. Friendly host. Would definitely recommend.

Cons: Nothing to dislike here, everything provided for a lovely seaside break.

Pros: very close to everything, fantastic view of the sea and much larger than the photos make it look.

Cons: the bed was hard, both the mattress and the pillows which made for uncomfortable nights sleep.

Clean and comfy flat at a great location!

Pros: First of all – the location! The beach is literally just across the street, which was amazing. All the restaurants, shops, and entertainment spots are only a few minutes’ walk away, so you get the best of both worlds – peace and quiet when you want to relax, and fun just around the corner. Secondly, the flat itself was clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed, especially in terms of kitchenware. Parking was another big plus – there’s free street parking right next to the flat, and if that’s full, there’s a car park just a minute’s walk away. The host even provided a parking permit, which was a huge, huge bonus!
