It was ok

Pros: Everywhere just needs a bit of an update. Lockers in changing room don't work. Hair driers also. We've been complaining here on and off for 12yrs. Staff were ok.

Cons: Great big mark in the sink. Cobweb in the main light in our room. Bench seat in the restaurant needs stuffing. You dip below the table. Had to ask for bowls for cereal etc

Pros: Hotel was clean. Nice location. Free parking. Breakfast really nice and dinner at hotel tasty.

Cons: Mattresses need update

Definitely will be returning

Pros: The staff could not do enough. Sandra in house keeping was wonderful, small issues with our original room so we were swiftly moved to another room and gifted a bottle of wine.

Cons: The bar prices were a little excessive.... £17 for a pint of lager and a glass of wine. No candles or background music in the restaurant at night was a shame. Some of the bedroom decor was a little tired Spa changing room facilities need updating, hairdryers that didn't work and changing rooms were flooded

Pros: The breakfast was lovely, tha staff was amazing, but I would suggest to add more variety of fruits as there are people with different special dietary needs. But apart from this, everuthing was amazing

Pros: The hotel was warm and welcoming friendly staff great breakfast good location we enjoyed the swimming pool and facilities

Pros: The spa is excellent Location very nice Bed was very comfortable and the room warm, good heater. Excellent food and great choice of drinks

Cons: The plug socket for the hair dryer was not close enough to where the mirror was located. Mirror was inside the wardrobe door and no socket in the bathroom. My partner struggled to dry her hair because of the location of the plug socket for dryer in comparison where the mirror was put in the room. Could do with having a small fridge in the room too!

Pros: Staff were polite, professional. Food was amazing, bar staff were really friendly, professional and funny. Spa was extremely clean and relaxing.

Pros: Generally food and breakfast were nice. The staff both at the hotel and restaurant were really friendly and I'd personally thank the guy from reception that handed me a couple of ibuprofen pills from his own.

Cons: A couple of times the fire alarm went off without apparent reason? The spa was a little bit disappointing, with one of the jacuzzi's not working, which I suspect was the reason that everyone could access the thermal spa. Despite having access to more facilities, everything was very crowded and the steam rooms were not warm enough compared to the ones from the gym I go to. We had booked separate treatments (30 and 1 hour deep tissue massages), and both were cut short by at least 5 minutes.

Good value for money! Excellent spa facilities!

Pros: The spa facilities were exceptional except the ladies shower in the changing rooms were very cold! We were very impressed with the steam rooms saunas pool jacuzzi and jet pool! Even had a lie down on the therapy beds! Overall it was very good value as it included breakfast! The rooms were clean and comfortable too! Staff were all very friendly and reception staff very informative about the surrounding area! Found a nice local pub to have dinner called The Keys! Had a great dinner in their restaurant then went into the bar for a drink afterwards!

Cons: Nothing really just the showers in the spa being cold! Made it a cold walk across to the hotel in the snow! Weren't that impressed with Oswestry!
