Wonderful stay in a great location with super facilities and a great breakfast.

Pros: Super slick process to self check-in with a great room, lovely decor and great facilities. Great family room with bunk beds that were ideal for kids. Powerful shower and self-service extras for the room to help ourselves to if needed. Cafe breakfast in the morning was first class and great value. Bike storage in the locked alleyway was useful.

Cons: The outside of the building perhaps lets the place down. We were initially slightly confused about which door to access but this wasn't a major issue.

Pros: Our room was well presented and immaculate. The shower was amazing. Loved the view and listening to the river was so calming and relaxing. Central to everywhere we wanted to visit in Llangollen.

Pros: The location is great, very central. Very friendly staff. The rooms have been recently renovated to very high standard and have all the usual amenities.

Excellent value for money 👍

Pros: We were met with a smile from the staff and explained the security system which was simple to follow . Communication from the hotel was helpful. The whole hotel including the cafe was spotlessly clean . A lot of thought had gone into providing us with all the facilities needed . The room was spacious and again spotlessly clean ample towels and washing facilities . Good size shower unit with excellent water pressure . Room nice and warm with good size TV . Choice of breakfast exceptional and cooked to perfection. Bed was extremely comfortable great nights sleep . Overall one of the best hotels we have stayed in .
