Was a perfect stay in every way.

Pros: From the moment we arrived until the time we left, we were looked after by the staff. No ask was too big for them. The hotel was so clean. Would definitely come again

Pros: Great location in beautiful area everything around calm and quiet would defo recommend

Cons: Noticed there was a small bar with beer taps which wasn't open should get that working

Pros: Love how clean the place was! Staff are so friendly and the location is absolutely fantastic The pool was so relaxing and the food was delicious! The lake is another outstanding perk which enhanced our stay :)

Lovely stay for my husband’s birthday in a friendly, value for money hotel, good location just on outskirts of Llangolle

Pros: Location, lovely river views, friendly, helpful staff, comfortable room.

The staff were lovely and helpful the building was impressive but was being refurbished this should have been made clear

Pros: Property was impressive but was in middle of a refurbishment. So certain services were limited.

Cons: In middle of refurbishment and beds were a bit too soft and in need of new mattresses.

Clean, nice staff, lots of parking, some parts dated but very good value for money

Pros: Great location, tranquil. Amazing staff. Adequate breakfast. Hoyel is dated in parts but very clean and for the price its very good. Roman bath/Spa and steam room a nice bonus It's not the ritz But I will definitely be going again

Cons: Bar not yet open but it's due to reopen end of September. Full English breakfast and restaurant meant to coming in the winter. So for now besides for breakfast and coffee and tea take your own food or go down the road to town.
