Lovely, large, clean property very close to town.

Pros: Bed was comfortable and the apartment was warm which we appreciated at the end of February. Very clean and good WiFi.

Cons: Nothing however be aware that the entrance is on the main road with a pavement opposite only.

Great place to stay whilst working in the local area

Pros: Great little apartment, whilst working in the local area. All mod cons.

Cons: Parking isn’t great, and couldn’t access on the second day due to a council vehicle blocking the road up. Found it easier to park at the road at the bottom before you drive up. All cleaning materials, but no tea towel for drying utensils.

Pros: Property was easy to access via the lockbox. The apartment was a lovely size and met our needs. The beds were very comfortable and very clean. The apartment was in a great location, everything was accessible on foot. Thank you to Dominic for helping us back the car out of the parking space!

Cons: Main door to the property is broken and cannot be locked, the tv in the living room does not alway work and we couldn’t access Netflix. The main toilet didn’t have loo roll ( very minor issues!)

Pros: Great location, very roomy comfortable apartment, the host were very pleasant and helpful with are first visit to Barmouth. Definitely be returning again thankQ dog friendly

Nice, quiet and comfortable spacious apartment in a good location, ideal for multiple families

Pros: -Big apartment, lots of space so adequate for multiple families. -Quiet. -Good location in town. -Accepts dogs. -Bed was comfortable and a personal note from me: It was nice to not have those crinkly sounding duvets that you often get when staying in holiday accommodation (on the single beds anyway, I haven't asked the double bed users).

Cons: The below are very minor inconveniences which are quick fixes for the owner. -Although towels for the shower were provided, hand towels were missing from the toilets. This could have been a one off mistake but worth noting just in case. -WiFi details in the information pack is outdated, I had to get the details from the bottom of the router. -Fridge door needs switching around so it opens right to left as it's a bit awkward when the living room door is open. -Could do with a few more wine glasses :) (also one of them was cracked) One final note on the parking situation, this obviously can't be helped but I still think it's worth pointing out - it is a bit of a roulette as in most seaside towns. Since the apartment is catered for multiple families the chances are that you are going to be in more than 1 car. So the extra cars have to hope there is space either on the street below or up the road otherwise you'll end up being even further away or on public car parks which you'd have to pay. It wasn't that bad for us since we were only there for the weekend so once we found a space we just abandoned it until the end. I can imagine for those staying for longer and going out on day trips etc. this will be a bit of a pain to have endure every time you get back.

Pros: Everything was perfect for a stay with 4 kids. Very clean, spacious rooms including living area, all essential utensils etc in kitchen. Really great and hosts were very responsive. Perfect location.

Great place to stay .

Pros: The property is well situated to local amenities, it’s spacious and well equipped and clean and tidy . The owner contacted to ask if everything was good and if we needed anything which was a nice touch . All in all I would recommend this property to others .
