Bryn Mynach Annex

Pros: We loved everything, the annex was perfect a real home from home, everything we could possibly want was there. The pictures really don't do it any justice, it is really special. Tracey is a wonderful host. It is only a short walk into Barmouth and the beach. We loved it and would definitely go back.

Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect.

Pros: Beautifully decorated and furnished. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of room for the two of us. Warm and inviting. Private parking. Excellent host met us on arrival and explained everything we needed to know. Lovely garden to sit in outside the patio doors.

Cons: Needed more drawer space in the bedroom and a shoe rack in the entry hall would have been useful.

Pros: Location was excellent 👌 felt seculed & within walking reach of all amenities & beach . Accommodation comfortable & everything you needed ✨️

Cons: The driveway may be difficult for some with mobility issues but ok for us

A lovely comfortable cottage in a perfect location to explore Barmouth and surrounding areas.

Pros: The property is in an excellent location within walking distance of the beach and harbour in Barmouth. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and felt like “home from home” straight away. A perfect place to relax and unwind with lovely views of the garden from the lounge. The owner (Tracey) is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area…lovely to chat to on your way to and from the property. Would definitely recommend this property.

Cons: There was nothing to dislike about this property

It gave us that proper getting away from it all feeling.

Pros: The Annex met and surpassed all our expectations. The garden and the view were beautiful. Beds were very comfortable. Tracey and Saul made us feel very welcome.

Pros: Excellent property, great location only a short walk to town & beach yet extremely peaceful. the property was well equipped & tastefully decorated, patio doors to the garden were a bonus in the hot weather. Tracy the owner was friendly & helpful. Wine & chocs on arrival were a nice touch. Could not fault anything & would highly recommend.
