Perfect!

Pros: The location was perfect for the beach, and what a beautiful sandy beach! Walkable to shops, beach and train station. Appears newly renovated with up to date facilities. The area was quiet even though close to amenities. Very clean, and brilliant communication with the owner. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back. We have only visited Barmouth in October (for the beach race) so no idea if it gets busy in the height of summer but the accommodation would still be perfect.

Pros: Everything. Very clean, comfortable bed. Fab kitchen, bathroom and dinning area. Great location

Pros: the location was fantastic, plenty of street parking close by - communication was great prior to checking in comfort and facilities within apartment were first rate, would not hesitate to visit again
