Perfect for visiting the university.
Pros: This was self-catering and so we bought an M&S Dine in meal and had almost all of the facilities to enjoy it around the table. It was easy to pop into the town and we enjoyed an enjoyable evening stroll on the promenade after supper. It was easy to find and really close to the university - the reason for our visit.
Cons: We couldn't get the tv to work. For a one night stay that was OK but not acceptable for a longer stay. Also, there were only 3 sets of cutlery - there were 4 of us! The boiler cupboard - we considered it to be dangerous if small children were present - they weren't.

Helpful Staff. Clean, quiet and safe.
Pros: Lovely location and very safe! Very easy to check in. We arrived late but it wasnβt a problem as we could let ourselves in. This took the stress out having to rush before the reception desk shutβ¦
Cons: Maybe the bathroom was a little outdated. Not keen on a shower curtain, maybe a shower screen is a little more hygienicβ¦ there were also no drinking glasses. It wouldβve been handy to have a glass of water with my medication.

Lovely quiet family stay
Pros: Lovely quiet location, with great facilities onsite
Cons: The cleanliness could have been better. All of the cutlery, pans and plates were dirty. Along with the kitchen table. It wasn't a massive issue, as we just cleaned before using. My son found an empty alcohol can under the bedside table.
