Pros: We felt very welcome. Enjoyed the lovely breakfasts and the peace and quietness. We hope to come again for a longer stay.

Cons: Hopefully, when we visit again, the lane leading to the farm may have fewer potholes. Otherwise, everything was splendid.

A beautiful place to stay

Pros: Fabulous hosts, lovely breakfast and the farm is absolutely stunning

Lovely spot for long Easter weekend

Pros: Good communication with hosts re arrival times, home made bread and shortbread were a nice touch, great to have a fire waiting for us upon our arrival, sunset views over farm fields were absolutely stunning!

Cons: Would've been nice to be able to have access to sink to wash dishes. NB: no lock on internal door to living area - hosts have access to area of main entrance next to bathroom.

BnB with a difference

Pros: Lovely people, very cosy accomodation. A bit more on offer than an average BnB. Lovely little touches plenty of breakfast stuff like cerals, bread, home made jams and marmalade. It did state breakfast included in price, we did expect an english cooked breakfast but this cost was extra. This wasnt made clear on booking.com so a point marked down for that. But dont let that put you off staying as plenty to eat.....very comfortable beds and great nights sleep.

Cons: The road down is very very rough, so u have to take it extremly steady at 3 miles an hour, unless u have a 4x4. Extra care needed to drive your car down. ... Very over priced for a dog to stay at 25 pound overall. We stayed two nights but even if you stayed one night would still be £25, this seems very steep in comparison to other BnB,s we have stayed in.

My only regret is that I was only there for 2 days - I would have loved to stay there for far longer

Pros: Extremely friendly and helpful hosts who made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to provide us with valuable information. Fantastic breakfast with fresh produce from the farm. Excellently furnished appartment with extremely cosy lounge and an interestingly stocked bookcase. Nice little touches, such as home-baked bread and shortbread, Dog-friendly accommodation.

Cons: The track leading to the farm is not ideal for low-slung cars, but probably no problem for more raised vehicles (4WD, SUV). Despite the cold weather, the bathroom felt insufficiently heated.

Lovely place, would stay again.

Pros: it's a beautiful setup, lovely farm and space. The dining / lounge area were very cosy and clean. The breakfast was lovely with freshly baked bread. There's a fireplace in the main room.

Cons: We stayed in December when the weather wasn't great so the surroundings were very muddy. The bedroom got quite cold at night. The access road is very bumpy and uneven so have to be careful if you have a low car.

Would recommend others to stay here as well.

Pros: Great place for where we needed to be. Very helpful. Glad we left the trailer on site as this was a lovely winding road.

Cons: No problems at all. Nothing to complain about or inform them of somethign wrong.

Hidden gem, quite literally and figuratively.

Pros: The fire place kept the accommodation surprisingly warm, very comfortable and easy to relax and unwind. Thank you!

Cons: All I can come up with is no running water except in the bathroom, did not in any way diminish the wonderful experience.

Pros: Excellent tranquil location. Very well equipped. Tasty breakfast. Comfortable bed.. The lounge with log burner and breakfast table is very cosy. Paul and Lindsay were very hospitable and friendly

Fully satisfied and very enjoyable

Pros: Breakfast excellent and served at exact time requested. Very pleasant rural location. Warm and cosy; we appreciated the woodburner being lit before we arrived. Everything there that we needed. A lot of thought had gone in to making us feel very welcome and at home
