Foxgloves and Fairytales Hut with Hot Tub

Pros: We had a lovely stay, perfect off grid location! Sue and Ken were very welcoming and friendly. All of the facilities were spotlessly clean and there was everything we needed. We would highly recommend and we hope to come back again soon :-)

Incredible stay with such amazing scenery and privacy

Pros: Had such a lovely time, such an amazing area and beautiful landscape around. Had everything we needed and more. To shortly sum it up: The hot tub and firepit made an amazing combo of relaxation and cosiness. Everything was clean, tidy and in great working order. The area is so private, peaceful and scenic. Sue and Ken were so welcoming and they were more than happy to help with anything we needed and they have done amazing and thoughtful things with the area. There is so much more i could say and I could not fault this stay even if I tried, I would definitely recommend this to anyone and everybody looking for such an amazing stay away.

Picturesque & romantic stay

Pros: Had a wonderful stay for 2 nights, Sue & Ken are incredible hosts and did a fantastic job with the hut and scenery. Everything was perfect and very romantic for someone that likes privacy as there is only the one hut, in the middle of nature with beautiful views and wildlife yet with all the facilities you’d need (plus the beautiful hot tub) This is probably the most eco friendly stay we’ve had as well, which was an added bonus. Thank you! ☺️

Beautiful secluded couples retreat

Pros: Sue and Ken - thanks for the great hospitality at Foxgloves and Fairytales. We had a wonderful stay. Loved the hot tub. The best “throne room” we’ve ever used! It’s obvious you’ve put a lot of love and effort into a fabulous secluded spot. Thank you and we hope to visit again!

Lovely time in Brecon.

Pros: All other reviews were spot on, really nice and welcoming hosts catered for a great holiday with idyllic scenery. Logs and charcoal sold in situ at a very reasonable price. Extra credit to lovely hosts Sue and Ken, as well as Meg and Max!

Cons: Only very minor note, if weather permits and you're having barbecue, bring extra utensils.

Fantastic weekend is a very special place

Pros: Absolutely everything. What an amazing place to call home for a couple of days, wish it had been longer! The shepherd's hut is very cosy, and so peaceful. Excellent facilities, and Sue and Ken couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful. And of course, there is the wood fired hot tub! Would highly recommend.

Probably the most idyllic and relaxing break we have ever been on.

Pros: The list of positives to this beautiful place is long, so here's a snapshot: Amazing hosts. Beautiful views Quiet and secluded. Amazingly dark at night. Spotless amenities - cooker/sink/bathroom/dining area/loo etc. A hot hot tub with plenty of space. The caravan itself is just a beautiful little place, simple but beautifully executed and delightfully decorated. The whole area that you have for your stay is well thought out and all yours. Pretty much perfect for a secluded and peaceful get away.

Cons: This is not a critisim at all (there is noting to critisie at all about this place), but be aware the hot tub is a log-fired one and can take a few hours to warm up. That's not a problem at all, infact it's fun setting your fire then looking after it. Plus our host did tell us this on their hello tour and showed us what to do.

Pros: Very relaxing break with beautiful surroundings. Nothing was too much trouble from Ken and Sue - bringing us wood to fire up the hit tub x
