Pros: We had a small twin room, which was clean, warm and comfortable. Breakfast was superb. Nick the host was very welcoming. The property also had a comfy resident lounge and honesty bar. Good location with plenty of room for parking.

Outstanding breakfast and host.

Pros: The location was ideal for the town was there was a few pubs. The weather was very wet so only went to a couple. The bed was very comfortable. Room was a bit too warm even though we turned radiator off but we just opened a window. The standout of this b&b is Nick and his breakfast. The breakfast was outstanding and we had a lovely lengthy chat with him after breakfast, a very lovey guy.

Cons: Because it’s a house, the walls are thin. The neighbours on our floor were pretty noisy and I know it’s not their fault but the child next door was throwing up and we heard everything. So we were awake at 3 in the morning and struggled to fall back to sleep. We were here for an early valentines night away so hearing someone being sick wasn’t the best experience but obviously that’s out of the properties control. Just be aware, there’s no soundproofing.
