One night stop off

Pros: Dog friendly accomodation in the centre of Bala, close to all amenities. Large room and comfy bed. Evening meal and breakfast were both nice. Small parking area to the rear.

A friendly well run hotel with excellent food and lovely bedrooms. Highly recommended

Pros: Everything was perfect for my stay. Clean, comfortable and warm room with a lovely power shower. Breakfast was excellent, with high-quality ingredients and served quickly. I had an evening bar meal, which was also excellent and value for money

Would happily visit again

Pros: Comfy clean room, pleasant staff, easy to find. Able to eat on site, breakfast was adequate. I found the enormous bed very comfy, and had a great nights sleep both nights.

Cons: Parking was impossible at the hotel but ample street parking immediately outside the rear.

Pros: Being met by Ria at the desk who was friendly and warm welcoming. Straight forward booking dealt with very promptly.

Will be back. Great spot and very comfortable.

Pros: Great location, easy parking although a very small car park for a big hotel. Very warm with lots of nooks and crannies to relax in. Great shower and comfy beds. Enjoyed the hot chocolate in our room.

Cons: Cleaning could have been better, quite a few dusty spots in our room and drawer missing from one side table.
