Comfortable and friendly

Pros: A comfortable and friendly stay. Joyce is the most wonderful host. She helped to make my birthday weekend really special. Tea and Welsh cakes on arrival and breakfast was plentiful with a varied menu. Fruit salad and yoghurt with fresh compot, eggy bread or smoked salmon or a hearty full breakfast were amongst the offerings. Great location with walks from the doorstep. Plenty of really good pub food in the surrounding area for dinner.

Easy access to the Brecon Mountains, and other areas of outstanding natural beauty.

Pros: Joyce was very warm and welcoming, happy to answer any questions. The room was delightful, spacious and comfortable with lovely views over open countryside. Great choice for breakfast, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cons: The room was of an excellent standard - there was nothing not to like.

Pros: Our room was comfortable, clean and the bathroom was fantastic with a huge shower and freestanding bath. The breakfast choices were varied and everything we tried was very well cooked and tasty. Lots of locally sourced ingredients. Joyce is very friendly and is happy to offer advice on things to do and see. We would definitely go back.

Cons: I can't think of any negatives.

Excellent Bed and Breakfast

Pros: We loved our stay at the Granary, such a peaceful location in a beautiful part of Wales, and a very warm welcome from Joyce. Our room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and a seating area looking out over the Brecon Beacons. Breakfast was exceptional, homemade produce and so fresh.

Pros: Grest location, rooms spotlessly clean and a fantastic breakfast with a great choice. Joyce (the host) was lovely and had some brilliant recommendations of what to do and where to eat etc.
