Amazing would stay again!

Pros: It was a lovely setting and very peaceful and easily booked!

Pros: The room was very clean and bright. There was plenty of choice in the drink sachets on offer more than I have seen on other rooms I have stayed in . The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean.

Cons: The only thing that wasn't quite right was that it looked like they had changed from curtains to blinds and some of the fittings were still there and the plug holes where the screw had been made the room look untidy as they had not been filled. But it is not a down mark .

Everything was really good, staff were kind, no serious complaints, not safe area for women/LGBT

Pros: The room was so comfortable, the staff where all kind even when a mix up had us needing to leave sooner then we thought the staff where all understanding and respectful. All members of staff where super sweet and the drinks where good.

Cons: The only issue was a group who where harassing us who the staff didn’t make leave the area even though they where sexually harassing us within earshot of other customers and also threatening to hate crime us for wearing pride pins after a pride event. Instead the staff responded telling us to just wait in the bar till they left (it was 1am and we where all exhausted) The man was very understanding about the fear that can cause and apologised despite not being at fault but we really feel that a bouncer or security of some kind would’ve put ourselves/the staff in a less dangerous position as we didn’t want to make the staff feel as though they had to deal with that either. Not the staffs fault of course but felt worrying that there was no kind of security given that we where sleeping there

Overall a most pleasant stay, v clean room. Some guests might find the outside traffic noisy though

Pros: Everything was excellent although it was a shame not to have a breakfast option.

Cons: The shower was almost unusable as the joint between shower head and the shower hose was leaking so bad that only a dribble from the shower head. I did report it to staff in the morning but not fixed that day, it was a Sunday but I'm sure someone could of swopped it with one from a vacant room for us.

Great venue at a great price

Pros: Breakfast is not provided but still excellent value for money. The room was clean and well-maintained and the bed was very comfortable. All round a great venue
