Amazing stay in Wales full of character with great hosts, who made our stay extra special.
Pros: The owners came out to meet us, although we knew where to find the key. They made us very welcome and also offered a tour of the farm at a convenient time, which was a surprise and very much appreciated! Wonderful conversion with a lot of character and ample space. We had a washing machine and tumble dryer and ironing equipment. There are stairs both internally and externally up to the first floor, so not suitable for wheelchairs.
Cons: One bed was uncomfortable due to a broken bed frame. Would be good to have mirror in the main bedroom. And a sidelight in the lounge as overhead lights very bright.

Lovely space to celebrate a birthday with girlfriends
Pros: Beautiful building, very sympathetically converted from its original barn structure - lots of character. Comfortable and well kitted out for self catering. Nice space to sit outside. We really enjoyed our stay across the solstice weekend in the sunshine in such a beautiful setting.
Cons: Nothing!

Beautiful place, quirky living, great location
Pros: Beautiful place and stunning interior decor. great location for Hay-on-wye. A dog towel and dog treats for our pooch. Table football downstairs was a fun addition. Disney+ available on tv so we could continue watching all the Star Wars movies!
Cons: Lots of dead flies everywhere when we arrived! I suspect it was the time of the year and because the heating was switched on. Some of the crockery was dirty. One mirror in the entire place with 2 teenager girls was tricky, but probably won’t be an issue for most. Stairs up to the loft were very steep. Could be tricky for little kids or elderly people (and a challenge for our short legged dog!)

Lovely location, accommodation and hosts with easy access to Hay on Wye and the surrounding areas.
Pros: The Hayloft was better in person than on the website. Good communication from the hosts, lovely fresh eggs and Welsh cakes left by the host for us. The hosts also have art exhibitions in their house, this was a lovely addition to our stay and if you get the chance to see whilst there I can throughly recommend.
