Pros: Lovely place to stay, unusual decor which we found really cool! Quiet and comfortable room, enjoyed our stay :)

Cons: Only thing that let it down was no restaurant but wasnt the owners fault as waiting on new chef

Cons: Wi-Fi was a bit hit and miss but they room definitely makes up for it

Pros: We stayed here for a wedding and it met our expectations perfectly. The staff were incredibly helpful, even storing some medicine for our child in their fridges overnight. Big rooms with comfortable beds. The dinner was great at the pub.

Pros: The Red Lion is a beautiful property. It has a wonderful atmosphere, and has been well maintained whilst remaining in keeping with the age of the hotel. Our room was extremely clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. Even through it was in the front of the hotel it was quiet and well equipped both slept well. The landlady and her partner were very friendly, and made sure that we had everything we needed. The bar was a good place to spend the later hours of the evening, and the locals made us feel very welcome. In conclusion. I highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: Nice rooms. Super friendly staff, they waited for me long after the the checkout deadline and cooked breakfast just for me. Highly recommended.

Great place to put your head down, but quiet village, I had to go to the next village for breakfast.

Pros: Comfortable bed, large room, and my room was checked every day tea and coffee was replaced x

Cons: Some décor, outside was being painted on my arrival. Some of it was a little tired and needs replacing.

Friendly and welcoming

Pros: All the staff were welcoming, polite and helpful. Our dinner in the restaurant was very pleasant. Our room and bed were comfortable. Shower was good too It was very convenient for the wedding venue that we needed to get to. Quiet location.

Cons: We had no opening windows in our bedroom, or on the landing outside . That means that air is just trapped all the time. Although we were grateful for the quiet electric fan that was provided, I am a fresh air freak and having a fan does not change the air.

Pros: Very friendly and welcoming staff. Nice location and good parking in the courtyard to the rear.

Cons: TV didn't work, despite efforts to fix it. Not a major drama. Breakfast would have been a nice option, but appreciate the people running it were fairly new.
