Albrighton Hall Hotel and Spa

A 300-year-old 4-star country house hotel, the Albrighton Hall Hotel and Spa, a member of Radisson Individuals offers en suite rooms, a restaurant and bar, as well as a leisure club and spa. It is 10 minutes’ drive from Shrewsbury. All rooms are decorated in a elegant, modern style and have satellite TV and a minibar. The en suite bathrooms have a bath and shower. The fitness suite includes a swimming pool, an advanced techno gym fitness machines and dance studio. Albrighton Hall is 20 minutes’ drive from the M54 motorway and less than an hour from Birmingham city centre. Shrewsbury Castle and the medieval town centre are 10 minutes from the Albrighton and Wroxeter Roman City is 20 minutes away. Food is served in the 1630 bar from 12:00 until 9:00pm. The Oak Room restaurant is open for dinner from 6:30pm until 9:00pm, advanced bookings are strongly recommended. When booking a half-board package, each guest will receive £25 dinner allowance, which can be used towards their choice of menu in either the bar or restaurant. The Oak Room restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays. During the December month, the hotel is hosting every Fridays and Saturdays leading up to Christmas, party nights. These nights tend to be a little busier than usual, with a lively atmosphere and plenty of festive cheer. If you are joining us on one of these dates, we hope you will enjoy the extra energy and merriment around the hotel. We recommend to book our restaurant in advance on these days, to avoid disappointment and any other experience you wish to enjoy at our hotel during your stay with us. From 01/05/2024 hotel will be Cashless! Please note that the access to the leisure club, Pool, and thermal suite will incur an additional charge of £10 per person per day.

Lovely hotel for a weekend break

Pros: The room was lovely, the bed was very comfortable and the bedroom and bathroom were clean and nice. The mini fridge was a welcome addition. The spa facilities were also good and we spent a very relaxed day there.

Cons: The steam rooms in the spa was a bit smelly and the pool seemed a bit murky. The jacuzzi also wasn't working, nor was the aroma sauna bit the other sauna's and the ice room were lovely

Great stay

Pros: Great location, lovely surroundings and nice Hotel Breakfast was very good.

Cons: The spa could have been a bit better was looking forward to using the jacuzzi but was out of order.

Pros: The history of the building and some of the main building rooms. Excellent breakfast. Dog friendly. Gardens. Staff very polite. Car parking on site.

Cons: Parts were a little jaded and some rooms in the stable block were on the main road. Expensive bar. Not as much dog walking in the area as expected - main road is exceptionally busy so couldn't walk to anywhere.

Pros: Room was very nice staff were professional. The food was excellent. The beds were so comfortable.

Cons: Although the food was excellent, it was mainly a pub food menu so burgers, lasagna etc. would have liked more variety
